Booking Requirements
Reservation:
To secure a photography session, clients are required to make a reservation with the photographer and by providing a deposit. Reservations can be made via phone, email, or through the online booking system.
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required upon booking to confirm the reservation. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the session. Only after the confirmation of the reservation and receipt of the deposit can we begin fully planning the shoot.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation by the client, it must be done 48 hours in advance to the designated photoshoot date and the $50 deposit is non-refundable. However, clients may reschedule their session subject to availability, with the deposit applied towards the rescheduled session.
Rescheduling:
Clients who anticipate needing to reschedule their session are required to notify the photographer at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled photoshoot. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If rescheduling is requested more than 60 days from the initial date, a new booking fee will be required to secure the new session date. Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of documented health emergencies, travel disruptions, military obligations, or other extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of the photographer.
Late Policy
Tardiness Fee:
Clients are expected to arrive punctually for their scheduled photography sessions. A tardiness fee of $25 will be charged for each additional 15 minutes beyond the scheduled start time.
45-Minute Limit:
If a client is more than 45 minutes late for their scheduled session, the session may be subject to cancellation at the discretion of the photographer. In such cases, the client will be required to pay the late fee in addition to the missed session fee. Moreover, if the session is rescheduled, the client will be responsible for paying the full price for the rescheduled photoshoot, in addition to any accrued late fees.
No Call-No Show Policy
A "No Call-No Show" occurs when a client fails to appear for a scheduled photography session without providing advance notice to the photographer. In the event of a "No Call-No Show," the client's session will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. Additionally, all incurred late fees will be charged to the client's account. Repeated "No Call-No Show" incidents may result in the client being ineligible to schedule future sessions with the photographer.
Last-Minute Booking
Cancellation Policy for Last-Minute Bookings:
For photoshoots booked within 48 hours prior to the shoot date, cancellations are subject to a non-refundable fee equal to 50% of the total session fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable and the full session fee will be charged.
Rescheduling Policy for Last-Minute Bookings:
Clients who need to reschedule a photoshoot booked within 48 hours prior to the shoot date must notify the photographer as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional rescheduling fee of $50. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be accommodated.

Where are you based?
I am based in Port Saint Lucie. However, I am available for photography sessions both locally and for destination shoots, depending on your needs and preferences. I travel extensively from Melbourne to Fort Lauderdale, covering a wide area for photography sessions. If you require services outside of this region, I'm more than happy to accommodate, though I kindly request travel expenses to be covered. What should I do to prepare for a photoshoot?
To ensure a successful photoshoot, here are some tips for preparation:
- Choose outfits that reflect your personal style and complement each other if it's a group shoot.
- Consider the location and weather conditions when selecting clothing and accessories.
- Get plenty of rest and stay hydrated to look and feel your best on the day of the shoot.
- If applicable, groom yourself and attend to any hair, makeup, or skincare needs beforehand.
- Create a playlist of your favorite songs to set a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere during the shoot.
- Limit the number of people you bring to 1-2 individuals, as a large group may be distracting. Having a small, supportive group can help you feel more comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
- Bring any props or accessories you'd like to incorporate into the photos.
- Relax and have fun during the shoot! Trust in the process and enjoy the experience of creating beautiful memories.
What does "Editing" entail?
You look picture-perfect straight out of the camera, but to further enhance your images, I apply editing techniques. This includes color correction for vibrant and true-to-life tones, blemish removal for a flawless appearance, and stray hair removal for a polished look. If needed, I may also perform sky replacement to enhance the overall aesthetic. It's important to note that I do not perform body modifications unless specifically requested and paid for as part of the premium edits add-on. I encourage clients to wear clothing that fits properly to ensure the best possible outcome in their photos.
